This emerging artist, recently transplanted from Brooklyn, New York has found heersef in transition, moving away from video and performance art and back to her drawing table where she is exploring one particular subject: a horseheaded woman as well as three conceptual themes: transference, simulacrum, and the hyperreal.

Its a great excuse to peruse the lovely new items at Abrazos, including lovely journals decorated in natural materials such as corn, cafe and semillas, and many other new creations from Mexico City designers, besides their own living textile aprons in a variety of new patterns and styles for spring!
