We are a British couple looking for an unfurnished house or apartment. We are prepared to spend up to $1500 a month.
Do you have anything available? We are talking about moving early summer, but we will only be there 6 months as we have a house in Greece where we spend the summer.

I am currently living in Chapala and wish to relocate to SMA when my lease expires June 2013. I would like a long term lease for a furnished or unfurnished 2-3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a good sized fenced yard and off street parking. I’d love something rural but if the perfect house is close to downtown, I’d like to see it. Please be advised that I have 2 small dogs. I am currently paying $600 a month and all the utilities. I’d like to stay in that price range.
