After a period of flux in real estate, the dust has settled on a major deal, which is set to change the landscape of the market. Premier Real Estate has purchased the one and only Coldwell Banker franchise in the greater San Miguel de Allende area. It will continue to be independently owned and operated by William Shay, John Hendricks, and Ximena Domínguez.

The 14th of February saw the inauguration of Ventanas al Cielo’s Model Home Opening and registered a huge success- with visitors from Monterrey, Torreon, Mexico City, Canada and the US, as well as many regular San Miguel faces.
