This is a two stories apartment, accommodation up to 4 persons.

This apartment includes: 2 bedrooms, one and a half bathroom, studio with balcony, two wood burning fireplaces, dinning room, living room and a full equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster oven, dinner ware, utensils and cooking ware). Both bedrooms are provided with king size beds.

This apartment includes: 1 bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom, living room with balcony and fireplace, full equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster oven, dinnerware, utensils and cooking ware). Enjoy its comfortable terrace where you will have the opportunity to sit back and relax while enjoying the wonderful sunset.

Any lost or damage items will be charged
The monthly electricity is capped to US$15,00 Dlls and gas US$30.00 Dlls per month. Anything over this amount will be paid by the guest.
We do not have a reception area but meet and welcome our guests on the day. Any arrival times after 2 pm, please advise in advance as this needs to be coordinated.
Parking is available for additional charge.
To secure a booking a deposit of US $ 200 Dlls is required at the time of booking.
Rates include apartment rental, local taxes and maid service once a week.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations made 1 month of arrival or less will incur the full cost of the booking. Cancellations made in advance of 1 month of the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be in writing.
